Google keyword research is more crucial than ever before, as Google adwords is now the world's #1 ad network.Google's empire spans over 4/5 of all users in a host of languages.

But, with such a reach, you and I face stiffer opposition on a daily basis. Google is making a killing.4 billion in 2007 from adwords income. My guess is that more advertisers lost money than they made.

Discovering the exact keywords: the keywords are the key factor. If you have different words than the people who are searching, you won't get any clicks. Or even worse, you will get hits and be charged for them, but the hits are from people looking for things other than your product.

Its a bit of a catch-22.

You want the clicks, but you dont want every click. That one click from the right person is what we are looking for. You really need to be careful that the keywords you use are the ones suited to searchers looking for your solutions.

But for you to find these keywords it will take alot of effort and time. And worse, it may not even pay off in the end. The truth is, there are decent keyword research tools out there but they are quite confusing to use. That's changed with the release of PPC Bully 2. You will get more information in another article. Having spent all that time inresearch, now you will need to test them out. Wait! if you think you are done, you have a while to go. Having the right keywords is one thing, having them in the right order is way harder. it's essentially the same as taking a mathmatics exam where the right answer is 745.

You spent a lont time figuring out the answer, but if you wrote 765 or 657, you would be marked incorrect. You won't get any points for being almost right. Its very similar in PPC. People are not just searching for specific words. They are searching for specific words in a specific order & specific combination.

You simply have to be on the ball to attract the perfect customer. So now you must do more research with the keywords you have found and find out which keyword combination are the most successful ones.

the truth is, this is just the beginning. That you need to find out what products your competition are promoting in combination with the landing pages and keywords & keyword combination that are making them a profit in order to make serious money. But there is a solution, a shortcut if you will.
